To simplify and modernise the Change Job brand identity including the website. The existing website backend CMS should remain and the new front-end design should make the user journey much clearer and improve usability.
We first redesigned the company branding, as this would then influence the visual direction of the website.
The site structure couldn’t be altered too much as the CMS system in place was to be retained, however we thought very carefully about the site flow and user journey. The old site was very cluttered and lacked any information hierarchy, so we proceeded to rearrange elements within the various sections to provide this structure.
As Change Job specialises in recruitment for the video games industry we tried to make the site feel fresh, energetic, and young, to reflect the people using the site, and the jobs posted.
