The Brief
Future Games of London wanted a complete revamp and rebuild of their company website to reflect their status as one of the worlds biggest mobile game developers. The site needed to present their visual identity in a much stronger way and utilize as much of their stunning artwork as possible.
The Solution
We decided to make their stunning artwork the focus of the visual identity of the website, and also to emphasise the brand identity using the 4 primary colours in the studio logo. Large blocks of the primary colours are used as often as possible throughout the site as accents to tie into the studio identity.
For the game product pages we created a template which could be used again and again as new games are released. We included multi layered parallax imagery, which can be added via the WordPress powered backend. All elements on the page can be added via the backend and we created bespoke artwork montages using character artwork and mobile device mockups to give the pages added dynamism.
Future Games specifically wanted The Studio section to sell the studio environment for prospective employees. We picked out quotes from key studio personnel to sell the working environment, and presented vital stats about the studio and its employees picked out in the brand colours.
