


Foot Factor’s branding is built on warmth, clarity, and authority. The colour palette is clean and calming, balancing medical professionalism with a friendly human touch. Typography choices are modern and highly legible, supporting accessibility while conveying trust. Photography and imagery focus on active, healthy movement—reinforcing the clinic’s mission to restore mobility and enhance performance.
To ensure the branding worked seamlessly in real-world applications unique to their business, we created mockups for orthotic insoles and packaging boxes. This allowed us to test and refine how the logo, typography, and colour scheme performed across physical products, guaranteeing consistency from the website to the treatment room.
The tone of voice is empathetic, confident, and action-oriented, speaking directly to people seeking relief from pain or injury.

We developed the Foot Factor site with both performance and flexibility in mind. The frontend was built using React and deployed via Netlify for speed, scalability, and reliability. For content management, we implemented Prismic as the CMS, giving the client full control to update pages, blog posts, and resources without developer input. This headless approach ensures the site can grow alongside the business, with minimal friction.
From a UX perspective, we focused on a clear, service-first navigation system—highlighting diagnostics, podiatry, treatment, and sports performance services—so users can quickly find what they need. Calls-to-action like “Book now” are strategically placed to convert visitors into patients.
Performance optimisations included image compression, lazy loading, and minimal JavaScript where possible. Accessibility best practices were followed throughout, ensuring the site is usable for all visitors. The design was built fully responsive, adapting smoothly from large desktop monitors to mobile devices, without sacrificing readability or functionality.
The result is a fast, secure, and easily maintainable website that communicates expertise, builds trust, and drives patient engagement.
