With the recent listing of Team 17 Group Plc on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange they required a corporate website to fulfil their statutory investor relations requirements.
The site should feel similar to the newly revamped games website but reflect the more corporate nature of the content and include the mandatory investor information in the required format of all IR websites.
Having already successfully produced the new Team17 games website we were immediately asked if we would like to tackle the very different challenge of creating the corporate presence for the video games publisher and we jumped at the opportunity.
There is an inevitable difference between the game and corporate sites, but we wanted to make sure there was a strong sense of identity continued throughout. Through design we decided to maintain the same fonts and colour scheme but whereas the main game website is liberally graphical and artistic we restricted the use of game artwork to stylised treatments as headers for each section, so as not to distract from the important corporate information on each page.
We worked very closely with Team17’s financial PR agency Vigo Communications to ensure that the site ticked all the boxes required to meet the requirements for a company newly listing on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. RNS notifications, the share price and detailed shares information was to be supplied by Brighter IR, specialists in the area, which they styled to our designs and which we were able to take and display in the relevant points across the site in keeping with the visual identity.
A simple WordPress backend was configured to allow Team17 to update shareholder information, their list of advisers, and to upload financial reports, presentations, and circulars.
